JRS Employee Well-Being Policy

Rome, Italy: As a Staff Care Intern, MSW student, and ISWS social work volunteer, Ms. Kailey Cano was placed in charge of analyzing JRS’ Employee Well-being Policy created in partnership with Boston College School of Social Work, Global Service Interns. Based in Rome, Italy, The Employee Well-being Policy is the foundation of the newly created Employee Well-Being Program that has been launched globally at JRS locations around the world. Her main task had been to read and analyze the policy to create an employee well-being policy user guide. Upon completion, the guide will be translated into many different languages for the training of the JRS staff in their many satellite offices.
